In 2020 a team was assembled to update our constitution and bylaws. These documents provide organizational clarity for us as a church and are key for us as we advance the mission here at Mandarin. After 30 years and several attempts to update these documents, we are excited to share updated bylaws to the Mandarin Family. Below you will find a letter from the bylaw committee, which gives some background and shares the areas they focused on clarifying as a team. You will also find the proposed by-laws. FEB 28 CONSTITUTION & BYLAW AFFIRMATION: In both of our services we will vote to affirm the new constitution and bylaws. For those unable to attend electronic voting will be made available to church members in the weekly church wide email. Electronic voting will be available Feb 25-Feb 28, this will be distributed through our weekly church email.
